OUR TEAM
LC Mackie is the founder and lead marketer for ub marketing, llc. Having graduated from Chippewa Valley Technical College in December 2017, with a degree in Marketing Communications, LC is eager to hit the pavement when it comes to mastering his craft. Immediately after graduating he set out with one goal in mind: take his passion for marketing and entrepreneurship and start his own marketing firm for small businesses in the Chippewa Valley who could benefit from affordable marketing by eager college graduates. Having been raised in Cadott his whole life, he would love to show the world that his hometown is not "the spot that God forgot."
LC specializes directly in social media content development, blog writing, brand development and execution, and website development. Having received recognition along his path of crafting his marketing skills, LC desires to work alongside small business owners and entrepreneurs to help elevate their business to where they'd love to see it go. Challenges arise along the way, but LC is no stranger to surprises and one of the most organized and driven individuals you will ever meet. Also, being an aspiring author, LC's creative mind is always on. He looks to blend his passion for marketing and his love for creative writing while working with businesses in the Chippewa Valley. Cejay Poehls is a digital marketer and website design specialist with ub marketing, llc. He is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Digital Marketing from Chippewa Valley Technical College. Cejay is a very driven and creative individual who has a passion for entrepreneurship and small business, like founder LC Mackie. He has such a passion that he is also currently pursuing a Technical Diploma for Entrepreneurship. Cejay has his own business where he works with local business owners to help formulate a website that matches their brand and personality. “You just don’t find many eighteen-year-olds out there who are doing sports, achieving good grades, and have the prowess to be a go-getter business-savvy entrepreneur. How do you feel about small businesses? Our team at ub marketing is all about marketing for the small guy. We are looking to build a team of highly creative and driven individuals from the Chippewa Valley, aiming to create opportunity for small businesses and entrepreneurs who could benefit profoundly from marketing but may not have an expansive budget. Our team provides help with social media, branding, website development, digital advertising, public relations, and also graphic design. This is where you come in.
